Nicole Corrigan - Physiotherapist
Nicole is an experienced and knowledgable pediatric physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering the most up-to-date, evidence-based approaches and strategies to the families and children she supports. Nicole has practiced as a physiotherapist since 2008 and has sought further training to become titled as a pediatric physiotherapist by the APA (Australian Physiotherapy Association) Standards.
Nicole has a nurturing and compassionate personality and communication style. This ensures that the families and children she engages with always feel heard. In addition, they are supported to work on goals that are meaningful and important to their unique circumstance and lifestyle. Nicole specialises in working with babies and very young children to ensure that they receive the appropriate early intervention promptly.
Nicole’s passion and knowledge has assisted many children and families to achieve incredible results and significantly reduce the impact of early life challenges. Nicole is a rare physiotherapist who also possesses skills in supporting children and families to achieve broader goals such as improving communication, managing behaviour, or gaining more independence in daily life. She is a very valuable member of the Care Pathways team and enjoys collaborating with other team members.

Tea Blagojevic - Occupational Therapist
Tea Blagojevic has been a Paediatric Occupational Therapist since 2008. She specialises in working with children and is skilled in providing services via telehealth making access very flexible for families. Tea has worked both in specialist school settings and early intervention teams.
She works from a family-centred approach and has an incredible capacity for empathizing with families’ needs and priorities and supporting these from a very practical and functional perspective. Tea creates a perfect balance between fun and structure and children thrive within her therapeutic program.
Tea establishes positive relationships quickly and easily with children and family members and strives to put the best program in place by working co-operatively with her wider team. She has a passion for supporting the well-being of everyone she works with and is a very strong advocate for broad supports for families.

Rani Llorico - Speech Therapist
Rani is a caring and hardworking paediatric Speech Pathologist who has experience working with pre-school and school-aged children across a variety of settings such as private practice, kindergarten, and schools. She is a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia. Her areas of interest include speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, language, early intervention, literacy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
Rani is passionate about providing a family-centred, holistic approach to care for her clients and their families. She strives to deliver this by working closely with families to create goals that are personalised, meaningful, and functional. She enjoys working alongside families, her team members and other health professionals to support children to achieve their communication goals.
Rani is dedicated to creating therapy sessions that are fun and motivating for her clients, while ensuring delivery of evidence-based therapy approaches. She is a big advocate for neurodiversity-affirming practice and strongly believes that the key to effective therapy involves incorporating the child’s strengths and interests through play-based learning.

Michaela Siber - Occupational Therapist
Michaela is a paediatric occupational therapist whose passion lies in supporting the independence of young people who live with a disability. Michaela sparked an interest in occupational therapy after witnessing the positive impact it had on her brother’s life by increasing his engagement with daily activities.
Michaela supports children and their families in a fun and empathetic manner using best-practice interventions. She draws on the child’s interest in conjunction with using a family-centered approach to ensure that interventions are meaningful, achievable, and sustainable. Michaela is also highly reflective to ensure she delivers a high-quality therapy practice.
Lastly, Michaela values working in a team around the child approach, drawing on the expertise of other professionals when required to provide a holistic approach to therapy. She enjoys building relationships with colleagues and working collaboratively to gain successful outcomes for families accessing therapy services.

Michelle Humphreys - Occupational Therapist
Michelle is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience. During this time, she has been privileged to serve clients in a variety of public and private settings including schools, early learning centres and in the community.
Michelle is passionate about working with caregivers to build their capacity so their child can reach their goals. She uses a variety of evidence-based strategies to build on a child’s strengths and works hard to ensure sessions are engaging and use a child’s passions and interests.
Michelle is comfortable providing sessions using a variety of methods, including Telehealth.

Sarah Dunlop - Occupational Therapist
Sarah is a paediatric Occupational Therapist with a deep commitment to family-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming practice. She is passionate about supporting children in developing skills for everyday life through play and evidence-based therapy.
Recognising that each child is unique, Sarah integrates a strengths-based approach to foster a child’s confidence, participation, and independence. She uses her compassion and curiosity to collaborate with families to establish practical supports to assist to a child to achieve their goals.
She is a strong believer in the team around the child approach to provide the most holistic approach and values her colleague’s perspectives to support her families support goals and learn.

Jessica Boxall - Physiotherapist
Jessica is a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping children thrive and supporting the families who care for them. Since 2016, she has worked with people of all ages and abilities across a variety of settings, developing a special interest in early intervention.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been involved in a number of specialised paediatric services, including equipment prescription, cerebral palsy surveillance clinics, hydrotherapy, and early intervention assessment clinics.
Families often describe Jessica as warm, approachable, and easy to connect with. She focuses on building strong, trusting relationships and making therapy sessions fun, engaging, and meaningful. Her goal is always to support each child and their family in a way that suits their unique needs, interests, and goals.
Having a close family member on the NDIS gives her a deeper understanding of the daily challenges families may face, and strengthens her commitment to providing personalised, family-centred support.

Louisa Munro - Speech Pathologist
Louisa has been dedicated to supporting children with diverse communication needs as a speech pathologist since 2019. With experience in the educational settings, Louisa uses a collaborative approach – working closely with families, support networks and other therapeutic professionals to ensure consistent and holistic care.
At Care Pathways Australia, Louisa brings a deep understanding of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and complex physical presentations that impact speech, language, and mealtimes.
Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, Louisa is currently completing a postgraduate certification in Complex Communication Needs through Edith Cowen University.
Louisa’s therapeutic philosophy centres on empowering children to communicate in their own unique way, placing a holistic and child-centred approach at the heart of every intervention.
Outside of work, Louisa likes to play board games with friends, watching Bluey, exploring creative hobbies, and spending time with their two adorable cats, Odette and Aslan.
