Week 1 – School Readiness Program,
Pathways to School 

​

​A tailored program for children aged 4-6 years who are commencing or in their first years of school. Run by an experienced paediatric allied health team.

22 - 25 September

Time:
9:30–11:30am (2 hours)

Program structure:
This is a 4-day group program
(participants must attend all days).

 

GROUP PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Play-based learning: Fun, engaging activities through peer play

• Group routines: Supports cooperation and social interaction

• Individual goals: Activities tailored to each child’s needs

• Small groups: 1 therapist for every 4 participants

• Progress reports: Individual feedback on completion

• Skill building: Social, emotional, and communication development for a confident school start

• Expert team: Delivered by a specialised early childhood team in a caring setting

• Focus areas: Independence, emotional regulation, and foundational learning skills

Wed 31 Sep, 9:00-10:30 - Music & movement (3-8 years) 

Wed 31 Sep,11:00-12:30 - Arts & crafts (4-8 years)

Thu 1 Oct, 9:30-11:30 - Cooking (5 - 12 years)
