We're excited to share that Care Pathways Australia will be running our School Holiday Group Therapy Programs this September school holidays.
Designed and facilitated by our experienced therapists, these small-group programs provide children with a fun, engaging, and supportive environment to develop new skills, build confidence, make friends, and explore activities that promote growth and wellbeing.
Our groups use a playful learning approach and can be tailored to suit a range of interests and developmental needs.

Places are limited to ensure each child receives the support and engagement they need. We encourage families to register early to secure a spot.

Group Programs Costing
At Care Pathways Australia, we deliver consistent and high-quality group programs designed to support children’s development. These groups are delivered under the NDIS Programs of Support model, which operates differently to individual therapy services in costing and cancellations.
Please see below breakdown of costs for our group programs. By signing up to our group program, you consent to the below.

Explanation of costs
When accessing a group program, NDIS therapy rates are split between the attending participants. Group costs include: Face to Face time with the children, Planning time and set up / pack up time. Each child is also charged an individual 15 minutes for recording keeping and notes. All of these costs are considered in the pricing table above.
Invoice terms
Invoices will be sent to your nominated payee (example: Self Managed or Plan Managed) after group attendance.
Group length
The direct face-to-face time that the child is attending the session
Ratio
Number of therapists per children (example: 1:2 will be 1 therapist to 2 children)
Cancellation
Under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, once a participant has agreed to a Program of Support, they are billed for the scheduled sessions regardless of individual attendance, unless they formally withdraw from the program with a minimum of two weeks’ notice in writing.
What this means for you
If your child misses one or more group sessions (due to illness, personal commitments, etc.), these sessions will still be charged.
You may withdraw your child from the program entirely by providing at least 2 weeks’ written notice before ceasing participation.
Missed sessions are not refundable or transferrable.
